I chose Pearl River Garden Hotel Sanya for my vacation in Dadonghai, Sanya. Originally, I was only interested in its location facing the sea. After three days of stay, I realized that what truly made the entire vacation comfortable was the top-notch service hidden in every detail - no overly enthusiastic interruptions, but always able to deliver the perfect arrangements at the moment you needed them.
Just as we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel entrance, the doorman greeted us from a distance. Not only did he take the luggage from our hands, but he also thoughtfully handed us the refreshing Hainan Partridge Tea. The exhaustion and heat of the journey were relieved as soon as we got off the car. When checking in, the front desk staff recognized in advance that we were traveling with elderly people. Without waiting for us to speak, they took the initiative to upgrade the original ordinary sea view room to a high-rise wide view room with accessible handrails for free. They also reminded us that the room had already been pre filled with mosquito repellent and post sun repair aloe vera gel, as well as seaside sunburn. Less than ten minutes after entering the room and putting down their luggage, room service knocked on the door and brought a plate of sliced chilled mangoes and dragon fruit. We left our sand stained beach shoes at the door, and when we woke up and went out, the shoes had already been quietly cleaned by the staff and placed on the shoe rack at the door of the room. Even the sand particles on the soles of the shoes were cleaned clean. Due to catching the early flight, we didn't have time to have breakfast at the restaurant. The front desk had already packed warm Hainan noodles, coconut bags, and mineral water in a portable meal bag and handed them to us, saying that we could eat them if we were hungry on the way, so we didn't have to rush to the plane hungry.

What surprised me the most was its location advantage. Within a 10 minute walk, you can find the food street of Dadonghai, where you can find seafood stalls such as Hou'an Fen, Qingbu Liang, and fresh seafood. You don't have to drive half an hour to the city center to eat seafood like you do in Yalong Bay. It only takes 40 minutes to drive to Sanya International Duty Free City, and the hotel can also help book shuttle buses for duty-free shops, so you don't have to take a taxi yourself. I don't want to wander outside at night, so I ordered a coconut chicken at the seaside restaurant in the hotel and ate while enjoying the sea breeze and listening to the sound of the waves.
